Andrews Place is a high-end coastal residence designed by Milieu Creative to suit the relaxed feel and natural palette of its Cottesloe beachfront location.
The house is arranged around a central pool courtyard, with the living spaces opening onto it for easy movement between inside and out. We provided project management for the build, working alongside builder Adrian Zorzi.
