Spanning three levels, the residence seamlessly integrates passive design principles, family-focused functionality, and striking architectural features, including a rooftop garden with panoramic ocean views. Our hands-on approach ensured smooth collaboration across all parties, delivering a home that embodies both architectural ambition and practical living.
